DISPENSER CONTROL AND CALIBRATION
All LPG dispensers be calibrated at intervals in accordance with the international standards (or at shorter intervals as may be requested by the distributor) Twice a year, ATC alignment be made by our authorised services. Calibration process is made by our personnel who has been authorised by Ministry of Industry. All calibrations and other operations are recorded into Ministry-requested and idistributor-requested forms. Manufacturing, certification and control processes of master-meter that is used for calibration are totally made by CSA.
PERIODIC CONTROLS
In order to render the best quality, the easiest and the most economic service, CSA conducts periodic controls with its widespread network of authorised service stations and expert personnel. Periodic controls are conducted inline with a preplanned schedule. Periodic controls are vital for fuel distributors to be able to give high quality service to its customers and to achieve customer satisfaction. Periodic controls make fuel distributor trustworthy in its customers eyes. Periodic controls are made once or twice a year, in accordance with distributors request. A list of findings and problems found during the periodic control and solution recommendations thereof, be drafted, and this report be submitted to the distributor for approval. All necessary forms and reports be prepared, recorded and kept.
